Varuna, aka The Cosmic Ocean Of Varuna, is a location in outer space. It's a planet with an ocean-like atmosphere made out of a liquid nebula. It is inhabited by marine-like aliens such as the Daagons, who are the superior species of the planet. Varuna debuts in The Cosmic Ocean.
