A clip of the ending scene of this episode (which is the mutation of Anton Zeck and Ivan Steranko into Bebop and Rocksteady) was released in 2014 New York Comic Con, but in an incomplete story draft animatics.
The Turtles finally found out about Karai's ability to change from snake to human.
This is the fourth time the Turtles have fought Shredder.
Serpent Karai did not reunite with Master Splinter and her family and instead went into the sea and said "Comet........Comet!", which must be her hideout.
It can be that is a building named Comet.
Or a building with some monument or statue of a comet.
Or even, a high building where a lot of comets appear.
Maybe none of the above, it can be a foreshadowing that a comet might come, which The Kraang will be responsible of.
Rahzar and Fishface are assigned by Shredder to look for Serpent Karai.
Ivan Steranko revealed that he has a brother named Boltak Steranko.
As seen in the episode, Serpent Karai is shedding her skin like a normal snake does.
Anton Zeck mentioned that his invisibility ability from his suit does not work anymore.
The reason why Anton Zeck and Ivan Steranko were looking for Serpent Karai, was because they thought that if they captured her, they could make a deal with Shredder, to hand him the mutant and they can go out of the city.
Anton Zeck and Ivan Steranko fought the Ninja Turtles for the first time.
It is unknown how, but Steranko knew about Karai's mutation and that Shredder is looking for her.
Anton Zeck used his x-ray vision for the first time, in order to search for Serpent Karai.
