Information

Mom-Thing is an enemy of the Ninja Turtles. She is a mutant clone of Mrs. O'Neil that was created by The Kraang with Mrs. O'Neil's DNA and Kraang DNA, resulting into a shape-shifting mutant that transformed into any living organism it consumed. She was kept inside of a Kraang Scout Ship under the O'Neil Family Farmhouse since he was one of the most dangerous failed experiments that The Kraang had ever made, and she was trying to take April O'Neil for her own purposes. Mom-Thing debuts in Buried Secrets.

Origins

Years ago, The Kraang created a clone of Mrs. O'Neil by using the her DNA and Kraang DNA. After the experiment was complete, The Kraang realized afterwards that this clone was very dangerous. What they didn't realized was that the creature had the ability to shape-shift into any living organism that it consumed. Due to how dangerous she was, The Kraang had no choice other than to freeze her inside of a Kraang Scout Ship. Years later, the Kraang Scout Ship (now under the O'Neil Family Farmhouse) was discovered by the Ninja Turtles, April O'Neil, and Casey Jones. Once they found the clone (taking the form of Mrs. O'Neil), they unleashed her from hibernation and was alive once more. She was later named as Mom-Thing.
