Kirby O' Neil, aka Kirby or Dr. O' Neil, is an ally of the Ninja Turtles. He is a middle-aged scientist who is the father of April O'Neil, who is also a widow due to the death of his wife, Mrs. O'Neil. He has been kidnapped by The Kraang before to perfect the Mutagen and has suffered multiple mutations. Kirby O'Neil debuts Rise of the Turtles Part One.
