Vlad Dracula, aka Count Vlad Dracula or Dracula, is an enemy of the Ninja Turtles. As a Romanian vampire from medieval Transylvania, Romania, he is the lord of the vampires & undead and king of Wallachia. Being forcefully recruited by Savanti Romero as one of the main members of Savanti Romero's Monster Army, they both lead the group during the Monster Invasion of New York City. At some point during this alliance with the mutant Time Master, he eventually turns on Savanti to get the Time Scepter for himself to transform everyone on Earth into vampires such as him. This leads to the two sharing the power of the Time Scepter for themselves for global conquest. But in the Cretaceous Time Period whatsoever, Michelangelo stabs the vampire in the chest with a spear that had the Mystical Seal of Protection attached to it, which caused his death. He has a rivalry with Savanti Romero. Vlad Dracula debuts in The Curse Of Savanti Romero.

• The character of Vlad Dracula is loosely based on the historical Wallachian prince Vlad III Țepeș (1431-1477).
• The design of Count Dracula that used for this series is evidently based on Bela Lugo's role.
• Chris Sarandon is the one who provides with the voice of Dracula. Chris Sarandon's casting is most likely a reference to his role as the vampire Jerry Dandrige, the main antagonist in the 1986 film Fright Night.
